In this video I explain why I think you should drink your coffee black. By cutting out sugar and cream and any other additives, you can cut calories and ultimately pounds. This can lead to weight loss! Coffee also has many other health benefits.

There are many health benefits benefits of coffee & caffeine, also known as Arabian wine. Other sources of caffeine include boba tea, bubble tea, chai tea latte, coco, chcocolate, English tea, espresso, green tea, guarana berries, guayusa, kola nut, ming tea, oolong tea, opium tea, poppy seed tea, white tea, xanthine, yaupon holly, and yerba mate. It may help with headaches, alertness, energy, concentration, fatigue, tension headaches, migraine headaches, rebound headaches, diabetes, improve insulin sensitivity, lower blood sugar, help with fat break down, reduce risk of cancer (gastrointestinal, esophageal, liver, endometrial), liver cirrhosis, hepatitis C, gout, alzheimer’s disease, parkinson’s disease, dementia, improve strength performance & power output, increase high intensity cardio & Anaerobic running, boost testosterone, adrenaline and epinephrine.

Calories are the way we quantify the energy in a unit of food. 1000 calories = 1 kilocalorie, however most American food products equate 1 kilocalorie with 1 “Calorie” in the label. You should know how to count calories, how metabolism of carbs, fats and protein works, including synthesis and breakdown, calories in food and drink, how to define or describe a calorie, what a low calorie diet is, how many you need in a day, and what a negative calorie diet is.
