Can I add milk instead of water? Can I just use coffee, because I think the cocoa overcome the taste of coffee!!!! I tried a lot of mocha chiffon but the taste of chocolate overcome everything!!!1

hi! it says innyour recipe, 6Tbsp of cocoa, but watching from your video I saw you added only 3 Tbsps. I made mine with 6 and it came out too dark, not like the one you made which is lighter in color. Is it 3 or 6Tbsp? Mine turned out to be a choco chiffon not mocha, in taste and in color. Thanks!

I baked it for only 40 minutes though cos when i checked on it with a stick , it was already clean.. Perfectly baked!!
